30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team at info@livjoejewelers.com.
When reaching out, please include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or invoice.
After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- The return address for our Chinese return warehouse
- Step-by-step instructions explaining how and where to send your parcel
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be sent to our Chinese return warehouse
- A handling fee per item will be subtracted from the refund amount
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
- Products must be returned in their original condition, meaning unworn, unused, and with tags attached where applicable
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not the product you ordered, contact us right away so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please follow these steps:
- Request a return for the original item
- After your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want instead
Refund Process
Once your return has been received, we will process it within 2 to 4 business days.
After the refund has been issued:
- You will receive a confirmation by email
- The refunded amount usually appears in your account within 3 to 5 business days
Please keep in mind that some banks or credit card providers may require extra time before the refund is visible in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@livjoejewelers.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it.
Because our processing and fulfillment system begins preparing orders almost immediately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once this time has passed.
After this cancellation window has expired, you will need to wait until the order is delivered and then follow the normal return process if you would like to send it back.
